Whether this is to build and trust a leadership team, to pass the business on to family members, to reinvest their time into a new area of growth, or to position the business as a true asset that is ultimately sellable.
Ryan Veal
Ryan has achieved great success in working with the business owner to help them develop their teams. He has a strong focus on working directly with the management team, making them more effective, achieve stronger results and creating a situation where business owners can be confident that the managers are able to operate with little input from them.
Alex Hawkings
Alex has a passion for business, he has operated at a senior level in both public and private sectors. He is a prolific learner and enjoys helping Executives to develop in Leadership roles, making them more effective in their current positions and developing them for their next role.
Richard Clarke
Richard's specialities include: resolving team and organisational difficulties created by external or internal change, senior level relationships, technically gifted individuals developing leadership and business skills; executives with "blind spots" that drive colleagues up the wall; young executive and key person retention; transition into more entrepreneurial roles.
Keith Roberts
Keith's specialties include: Imbuing lasting high performance processes/culture. Leading Business Change and Recovering change failures - From Strategy formulation and delivery through business transformation and cultural and behavioural change. Excels in people change, understanding and overcoming resistance to change, coaching and leadership development - turning talent into performance.
